Our specially selected spirits

It seems, that mother nature has a special kind of affection for our beautiful landscape, so that various kinds of fruits can flourish and grow here which are qualified for the production of our specially selected spirits of all kinds.

All our specially selected spirits are of best quality. The ripe fruits, cleaned and sorted are converted into our marvellous spirits. Only the very best parts, in a way the "hearts" are used.

Our "Schilcherland" – specially selected spirits are now well known by all experts and authorities as well as connoisseurs not only in Styria but also in lots of countries all over the world.

The sorted and selected fruits are distilled (converted into spirit) within a certain, exactly prescribed period, the so called "mash-time". No other ingredients beside the mash of fruits are allowed to be added. When converted, only the high quality "heart" of the spirit is selected.

All our specially selected "Schilcherland" spirits are tested by a jury, who are not able to see which spirit they are testing. Only those specially selected spirits standing those tests and comeing up to all guidelines may show the "Schilcherland-sun" as an extra sign of high quality and origin.

Our specially selected "Schilcherland" spirits are filled into various exquisite bottles, that even the bottle lives up to the high quality of what it is contains.
